An experience born at the intersection of colour and movement.
Sicily, Italy
The very first edition of ArmoYoga took place at Kamla Yoga, for a special morning dedicated to movement, mindfulness and colour. Combining mindful yoga with the expressive language of colour, the experience invited participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves and explore new perspectives on self-expression and wellbeing. More than a workshop, it was a moment of connection, presence and discovery: the beginning of the ArmoYoga journey.
Greater Manchester, UK
ArmoYoga came to Manchester for an exclusive three-hour experience at City Tower, blending mindful yoga, interactive Colour Analysis and self-discovery. Through breath, movement and colour exploration, participants were invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves and discover new ways to express their individuality. A unique experience bringing together wellbeing, self-awareness and the transformative power of colour.
What started as an idea close to my heart became something even more special than I imagined. My very first yoga retreat brought together a beautiful group for an unexpected mum-and-daughter experience, selling out in just two days.
From morning and evening yoga in the heart of the Medina to shared breakfasts, dinners, a special excursion and thoughtful goodie bags, every detail made the experience memorable. But above all, it was the connections, the laughter and the moments we shared that made it truly special.
A first retreat I will always cherish, and hopefully, the first of many.
Another retreat is on the way… Keep your eyes peeled!
